A question we get asked a lot is what our standard turnaround times are; these vary based on each product.
Accessories are usually shipped on the next working day once an order has been placed, subject to the time of day that the order comes through. For expedited delivery times of accessories, you can select your preferred shipping service on our website when you place your order.
For custom IEMs, due to the nature of them being a custom product, lead times can be a little more complex. We always strive to ensure orders are completed within around 2-4 weeks from the date we have your impressions, and an order has been placed through our website.
This is often dependent on capacity in the lab – during busy times of year like festival season, our lead times can be somewhat longer.
Similarly, our standard lead time for Custom Hearing Protection is usually around 2 weeks but can also vary depending on the volume of orders we receive.
For expedited lead times you are welcome to get in touch with us. We do everything we can to meet requested deadlines, but it is always a good idea to keep our standard lead times in mind when ordering, so that you receive your Cosmics before you are going to need them!
