How to order custom in-ear monitors
Custom in-ear monitors are earphones that are made to be a bespoke fit for your own ear. You can personalise and design your monitors to create your unique look.
As Cosmic Ears CIEMs are a custom product, the process of ordering them is slightly different to ordering an off-the-shelf product, but it is also very exciting!
Our ordering process is designed to be as fun and easy as possible - if you are stuck on where to begin, you can follow the instructions below to get started.
Choose your model
Sound is extremely subjective. Everyone hears sound differently and one person's preference can be totally different to the next. We have models to suit everyone, from vocalists, musicians and sound engineers, to sports professionals and security guards.
Our custom IEM product pages describe each model's sound characteristics, to help you decide on what will suit you best.
We love speaking to our customers about IEMs, and we are here to help with any queries regarding our product range, so you are welcome to get in touch if you have any questions!
Customise your design
On each IEM product page you will find a button to Configure your IEMs. Click on this to design your monitors in our 3D configurator and bring your creative vision to life!
You can also choose your cable in our configurator, as well as your case, and what text you would like on it.
Once you have designed your dream IEMs, add them to your cart.
You can choose any additional accessories you'd like to include in your order through the link below.
Get your impressions
To begin producing your custom IEMs, we will need impressions of your ears. If you have not had impressions taken before, or are unsure about where to find audiologists local to you, follow the link below to see our resources on getting great quality impressions for your order.
We do offer impressions in-house, so if you are able to get to us in Cheadle Hulme, check our our Cosmic Audiology page for more details.
Let us do the work
Once you have placed your order, and we have your impressions, we will begin the process of building your in-ears, right here at our Cheadle Hulme HQ.
When your Cosmic Ears are finished, they will be beautifully packaged ready to be shipped or collected.
