Cosmic Ears are NOT responsible for any customs charges incurred for monitors returned for repair, ear impressions or any other items sent to Cosmic Ears.
If any custom charges are invoiced to Cosmic Ears, the customer will be invoiced for the appropriate amount and any necessary work will not be carried out until the payment has been made.

Shipping
Shipping costs for items returned to the customer by Cosmic Ears may vary depending on the value of the items, the service used and the delivery location.

Any variations in UK or international shipping costs will be discussed directly with the customer before the shipment is made.
