• Full diagnostics check of in-ears
• Deep clean
• Dehumidification
• Filter replacement (if required)
• Cable test
• 1 x New ProQ cable
• 1 x New Shuttle case (engraved with any text of your choice)
• 1 x Cable shirt clip
• 4 x Cleaning tools
• 1 x Cleaning cloth
• New Silica dry packets for case

Service Package B

Our standard service package is designed to ensure your monitors are in the best condition they can possibly be! As part of the service, you will receive:

• Full diagnostics check of in-ears
• Deep clean
• Dehumidification
• Filter replacement (if required)
• Cable test
• 1 x Cable shirt clip
• 2 x Cleaning tools
• 1 x Cleaning cloth
• New Silica dry packets for case

*Lead time for services is 1 week – dependent on diagnosis of the IEMs. Any major repairs that need to be completed upon diagnosis may still be chargeable; in the event that this occurs, our customer care team will be in touch to discuss with you directly so you can decide on next steps.
