Our new website isn’t just about a fresh look— it’s about making your journey with us smoother, more user-friendly, and more enjoyable. We also have plenty of content and literature to help you make more confident and informed decisions when you are choosing from our range of custom products.
Our main new feature, which we are thrilled to introduce, is our brand-new 3D configurator – the Design Lab! The Design Lab can be accessed through each of our Custom In-Ear Monitor (CIEM) product pages, so you can select your desired Cosmic Ears CIEM model, and then have fun bringing your design to life. Choose from a variety of faceplate colours, patterns, and finishes for your monitors; add custom artwork and your initials to make your CIEMs uniquely yours. The Design Lab makes it easy to visualise how your finished Cosmic Ears will look, so go wild and let your creativity shine!
Along with the Design Lab we have many other welcome additions to our website to help you with everything you need.
You can now find details to book quality impressions using our new Audiologist and Dealer Map. Simply enter your address into our store locator to find a recommended audiology practice near you. Or, if you are local to our Manchester headquarters, you can access our Cosmic Audiology pages to book ear impressions or wax removal directly with us.
Alternatively, if you are unable to get to one of our recommended audiologists, we have plenty of resources available to help you get impressions that are perfect for your CIEMs! Check out our impressions guide for more information.
