No, in fact the opposite is true. Our custom and universal IEM shells are 3D-printed using medical-grade acrylic, then the rest of the manufacturing process is hand-finished. They have no hollow, brittle plastic shells like cheap budget options, making them incredibly robust and highly resistant to drops and impacts on stage.

With custom IEMs, what happens if my ear shape changes or they don't fit perfectly?

Your ears do grow very slightly as you age, but a well-made custom monitor will fit securely for years. If you receive your monitors and the fit isn't absolutely perfect straight away, we offer a dedicated refit period to adjust the shells until they sit right on our custom products.

Can I replace just the cable if it breaks?

Yes! All of our custom and universal in-ear monitors feature high-quality detachable sockets. If a cable gets snagged or damaged during a hectic gig, you can pick up a replacement cable from our store and snap it right in, saving you from having to replace the entire monitor.

How do I keep my IEMs working for years?
