Why are Custom IEMs better for communication?

Not only do they offer premium isolation because they are moulded exactly to your ear shape, if working in loud environments they serve to protect your ears, the quality of Cosmic Ears audio far exceeds any generic alternatives so you do not need to turn them up to levels that can damage your hearing.

Will they fall out if I get hot and sweaty running around?

The short answer is, no. You can hang upside down and shake your head vigorously, they won't fall out of your ears!

Can I connect them to my radio?

Our IEMs come with a stereo cable (if purchasing both L&R sides), or a mono cable (if you are only purchasing 1 side) that have a 3.5mm mini jack. After market adaptors that allow you to plug your IEMs in to your radio for push to talk (PTT) functions are available online (but we do not sell them).
