• All prices are in addition to the cost of your custom in-ear monitors.
• All rush services are subject to the following terms & conditions:

Rush order completion times are based on working (business) days, and don't include weekends. Please also remember that any upcoming Bank Holidays will not be treated as working business days.

The production of a Rush Order begins the moment we receive the following:

• An order placed for the in-ears with full payment.
• Acceptable impressions that have been approved for production by our lab technicians. If it's a 24-hour rush order, we will require impressions before 10:00am for the in-ears to be shipped the following day. Or, for an order placed on a Friday, completion will be scheduled for the following Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday, in which case completion will be scheduled for the following Tuesday).
